Don’t have time to meditate or do something for yourself? Do you have time to have a shitty day instead?

This was the topic of a short video I posted on Facebook after my day got off to a less than smooth start! Feeling frazzled and distracted, rushed, I didn’t have time to meditate or do something good for myself. Or so I thought.

How do you deal with overwhelm and anxiety when things feel really dark?

Light and darkness; it’s all part of life. But what happens when the darkness has a little too much power? What can you do to bring more balance, to move into the light again?

I see it all the time; we give our power away to others to make us “better”. But you aren’t broken, you aren’t a problem that needs fixing.
